Step 11) Go back to the kitchen and find the pipe where you can use the balloon. It will eventually burst and you will get a pen.

You should use multiple items on the dummy (in the correct order!)

Step 12) Go to the dummy (where you got the candle at the beginning) and face his left hand.

Step 13) Use a pacifier on your left hand.

Step 14) Use the quill pen on your left hand.

Step 16) Press the button to look at your hand and read the password for the second lock.

Step 17) Go back to the balloon room and go to the left locked door. Enter the LOSER password and confirm to open the door.
Step 18) Take the valve handle from the newly unlocked room.

Step 19) Return to the cake room and insert the valve handle into the water pipe on the wall. This will turn off the sprinklers permanently.
